- KSK SApr 12, 20261.0I really wouldn’t recommended going here. My puppies have only just turned 5 weeks old and I’ve started weaning them on the royal canin mother and baby dog starter kibble. We ran out of kibble and popped into this store to grab another bag but we were told they didn’t have any on the shelves. The man that works there advised us on another puppy kibble same brand royal canin suitable for my puppies. My puppies have now been feeding on it for 4 days now and it has made one of my puppies really unwell. The new kibble they advised and said would be fine for my puppies is totally inappropriate for the age of my puppies. They’ve advised a puppy kibble with is suitable for fully weaned puppies who have totally transitioned from mums milk to solid food for puppies 8 weeks over. My puppies have only just started weaning and are still very much reliant on their mums milk. I’ve now had to spend unnecessary money at my vets to help my puppy get well again because the new food you advised has caused severe diarrhoea and lead to dehydration. Absolutely disgraceful. They will tell you anything to still get money out of you. I would of given zero stars if it had let me.
